07-29-2008 R obbie Hoedel tells about the construction of the Peggy Jo. The biggest boat in the fleet when she came from the yards where she was built specifically for the Kodiak King Crab fishery.
Peggy Jo was built to take rough weather so the boat could fish farther off-shore.
