Develop a funky race with 4 survival-suited fishermen running down the ramp and swimming out to a liferaft.
Barb Burch organized the first Survival Suit Race at the urging of
marine surveyor Norm Holm, fisherman Al Burch, and Hank Pennington of
the Marine Advisory Program.
